Ifa is more than 8,000 years old. Originated with the Yoruba people in West Africa. Ifa is a road map and a guide to inner peace and strength of the mind, body and spirit. Wherever Ifa or Orisha is found being practicd truly, it is to make the practitioner a better person and to build good character. Not to be a Cult-ish religion. This book is written by a student and child of Ifa and Eshu accompanied by other worshipers to give a personal view of the experience of where the culture will end up in the future.
